Arctern follows an extensive and vigorous recruitment process utilizing world-class best practices at each stage from identifying the requirements to actual placement. Generally, you must allow for 5 - 7 weeks from the time we receive your retainer fee to fill the position(s).

  •  Research and prepare comprehensive recruitment plan      (One week)
         •  Prepare introduction e-mail and job description that is to              be shared with prospective candidates
         •  Prepare level one and level two interview questionnaire &              written tests (if applicable)
  •  Identify matching and interested candidates (One week)
         •  Resume sourcing and screening team
               1. Job boards, referrals, consultants, head-hunting,                    advertisements, database, etc.
               2. Based on education, skill-set, and overall experience
         •  HR interviews short listed candidates – Level One
               1. Based on aptitude, communication, personality,                    relocation, start time, budget, & core skills (written                    tests where applicable)
         •  Operations interviews candidates – Level Two
               1. Detailed drill-down on core skills and assign project                    where applicable
  •  Customer interview – Level Three (One week)
         •  Detailed teleconference (with respective managers in the              US)
         •  Project assignment and review (if applicable)
         •  Final selection (two or more candidates per position)
         •  Transfer payment
         •  Closing
         •  Offer letter
         •  Final negotiations and acceptance
  •  Candidates notice period to current employer (Two-Four       weeks)
         •  Customer sends respective software licenses and training              materials
  •  Candidate joins company (another set of processes will       follow for employee orientation (induction) and training)

  Total start time: Approx 5–7 weeks for candidate(s) to come   on board from the time we receive the retainer
