* Certain shifts are not recommended for certain practice areas. For e.g. the Software Development area is not best suited for the entire team to work during India's night hours. These resources can work 4 to 5 hours of overlap between India and US business hours. Certain leaders or contributors can be available during the required US business hours on rotation or on call. On the other hand, functions such as Technical Support, Database Administration, Production support and other mission/time critical functions can be designed across 24/7/365 days.
